Peyton's still a little too young to start hunting but not gathering! The girl has to start contributing to this family, I mean, she's already over a year!

China Baby

My parents brought back some adorable Chinese outfits for the grandkids from the last time they went to China.  We all got together for a photo shoot.

There wasn't a single good one of all three kids...maybe in a couple years we'll be able to get a picture of all three of them looking at the camera and smiling.

Phone

Peyton also got a phone for her birthday (thanks Aunt Heather!) and boy does she love that thing! It seems like she's always talking to someone (I guess this is glimpse into her teenage years, and I must admit, I'm worried).

Tea Party

Peyton got a tea set (thanks Aunt Tera!) and a Mickey Mouse stuffed animal (thanks Poppa and Lala!) for her birthday. She decided to have a tea party with Mickey.

Like a good hostess, she's testing the tea to make sure it tastes good before serving Mickey.

Then she has to do the same with the sweets of course.

Finally, Mickey gets some tea....on his head. I guess we still have a ways to go on our manners.

Cheese!!!

This is Peyton's smile :) If you point the camera (or phone) at her, she automatically makes this face. Or, if you tell her to smile, this is what she does. I love it!!

Get You

We will tell Peyton, "We're gonna get you!" and she squeals and runs away. It's a fun little game we play and have played for months. Now we also try to get her to come "get us". It usually involves Matt lying on the ground, pretending to be asleep. Then I tell Peyton to "go get Daddy". She walks over to him and throws herself on him. On this particular night, she threw herself on him, then laid on his back and stuck her finger in his ear and pulled his hair. It was awesome!
